Shannon's place was wonderful. Lovely, safe apartment with all the amenities and then some. Loved the garage door separating the living space from the deck, which was superb. Decorated so nicely. Loved the Dolly picture. The little sleeping nook was so special. Lovely place all around.

We really enjoyed our stay. The skyline view from the private top floor balcony was gorgeous. Quick uber to Broadway or a short walk (if you are a walker or forget your ID like me and don’t want to jump back in an Uber right away 😂) we will 100% be staying here again if we make it back to Nashville!

Shannon was an incredible host for our first time in Nashville! She is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions. She also provides a guidebook with some great recommendations - definitely check it out before you go! Shannon's place is in a great location. It is walking distance to The Listening Room (one of our favorite experiences of the trip) and a quick Uber ride to Broadway. The private outdoor deck is HUGE and we enjoyed spending our time out there on every night of our stay. We visited Nashville for the 4th of July and we had a perfect view of fireworks from the deck. I highly recommend staying with Shannon!

The location was close to Broadway and easy to get anywhere we went in town. Super clean building and we liked to lock on the lobby doors, made us feel safe. Next time in Nashville we will absolutely book the same place to stay.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Everything was perfect and seamless. I really loved the added perk of having a washer and dryer in the unit. The garage door is so cool and we really liked laying in bed and enjoying the beautiful weather. So relaxing!

Outstanding! This was my first time in Nashville and I’ll definitely be back. Group of four girls in our 20’s and 30’s, this was a perfect spot. Safe location, close location most Ubers were less than $20 to broadway. Friendly neighbors, we had driven so I was a little nervous about leaving the car parked for numerous days and ended up talking with one of the neighbors one morning, very friendly and helpful! Security in lobby at night! Building amenities on 5th floor worked out great for our two friends who flew in at 9 am. They were able to get ready in bathroom up there, relax for a little and then checked in bags next door at safe holding until check in. Shannon was super helpful, quick responses, provided products above and beyond which was so helpful! The balcony was AMAZING! Beautiful view, peaceful, but still good to party. It was overall perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Thank you again Shannon!

This was a great place to stay! It was close enough to walk downtown, but far enough that it wasn’t quite as noisy. Shannon was very friendly and communicative. Her instructions for check in were extremely thorough and we had no problems getting in. Her video of instructions for the other details was also super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. Shannon goes above and beyond in making you feel welcome and ensuring you have everything you may need. The location is perfect and the place is simply beautiful with the best outdoor space ever. If you’re thinking about booking this place just do it, you won’t regret it!!
